How to be a Volunteer

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Parlier Unified School District. Parlier Unified School District encourages parents and community members to get involved with their schools. Your participation enhances instructional and extra-curricular programs and motivates students. This site will provide you with information on how to volunteer with the Parlier Unified School District.

Steps to becoming a Chaperone for a ONE (1) day Field Trip:
  1. Complete the "Request Form" and leave the form with the school site. No TB skin test is required.
  2. We ask that chaperones report to the Main Office a week before the field trip for pre-screening.  Please remember to bring your U.S. state–issued driver’s license or ID card.  Unfortunately, the Verkada Guest system does not currently accept passports and other forms of identification.
  3. On the morning of the Field Trip report to the Main Office for a quick check-in using the Verkada Guest system to get a Verkada badge with the current date.
