Parlier Unified School District Human Resource Department is committed to providing quality services and programs that support the district’s mission and vision. The HR department provides expertise and assistance in the areas of staffing, classification and compensation, labor and employee relations, state and federal compliance, professional growth and development, credential monitoring, leave management, and substitute services.

To ensure equity for everyone, we actively promote consistent observance to established practices, policies, and procedures which have been developed through Board of Education action, legal decisions, and negotiated agreements.
