ParentSquare is the primary communication platform used by Parlier Unified School District to share important, timely, and essential information with parents/guardians, students, teachers, and staff.District and school messages are delivered through email, text message, and app notifications to ensure families stay informed and connected. Activate your Account

To access ParentSquare, your student must be registered for school and added to Aeries. Aeries is the Parent and Student Portal that allows families to view important student information, including grades, report cards, attendance, schedules, and more. Once your student is added to Aeries, you will be able to activate and access ParentSquare.

Visit Aeries at: https://parlier.aeries.net/

Use Google Single Sign-On, your email, or your phone number to set up your account.
Your email/phone number must match contact details in the school's database (Aeries) for this to work.
If your contact details aren't recognized, contact your school to get them added in Aeries. After they update your information on Aeries, the new contact details will appear in ParentSquare after a 24-hour sync, and you will be able to create an account.

Question: How do I update or correct my contact information?

Is your phone number incorrect? Need to update your primary email address? Is your name misspelled, or do you see information for a student who is not yours?

Contact information in ParentSquare is managed by your school and is typically synchronized from Aeries.

To request updates:

Please contact your school office directly to request changes to your contact information.
Once the school updates its official records in Aeries, the changes will automatically reflect in ParentSquare.

If you have already registered in ParentSquare:

Log in to the ParentSquare app or website.
Go to My Account and select Edit (or Confirm Contact Info if prompted).
Make your updates, then notify the school office so they can update your information in Aeries.

Action Required:
Contact your school office to update your official records, or update your information in ParentSquare (if registered) and notify the school to ensure records are aligned.

Question: How do I add a student who's missing in my account?

Missing a Child or School in ParentSquare?
This may be happening for one of the following reasons:

Your contact information is inconsistent in the school’s student information system.
You may have more than one ParentSquare account with different email addresses or phone numbers.

What to Do:
Please contact your child’s school to update your contact information in Aeries. Make sure the same email address and phone number are listed for all of your children and all schools. Once the information is updated, your ParentSquare account will be corrected during the next sync with Aeries.

Question: How do I update my Language Preference?

Are you receiving messages in the wrong language or need your messages translated into another language?

You can update your language preference at any time by following the steps below.

Using a web browser:

From the home page, click on your name.
Select My Account.
Click Language Settings.
Choose your preferred language and save.

Using the mobile app:

From the home screen, tap the menu (three lines) in the top left corner.
Select Account.
Tap Preferences.
Choose Language Settings.
Select your preferred language and save.
